When to stretch and what to stretch are common questions I'm often asked. There are times when it is contraindicated.  A basic guide: If it is tight stretch it and if it is lax do not stretch it.  Having a certifiied Fitness Instructor like myself will guide you through what stretches to do and when with correct form.  My goal is to help your work with your body to achieve a balance for pain free movement patterns.

To the left I'm doing the Pilates "The Hundred".There are a couple  of stretches  I like to  do to warm up my body before I begin them.
