Increase in tone, firmness of muscles and energy, especially when well hydrated with pure water, high quality dense nutrients and adequate amount of seep (7-8 hours) for repair of your body tissues.
From a regular fitness program self-esteem increases when you are in control of your body size and weight which empowers you positively with all your daily activities. Exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet improves circulation and decreases the risk of a stroke, heart disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol, obesity, cancer and diabetes. Exercise can decrease joint pains, and your risk of osteoporosis, especially with weight bearing exercises, which can even reverse it. Exercises reduces injuries and increases strength, stamina and flexibility of joints for daily activities. Exercising increases Endorphins (feel good hormones) and decreases mild depression, chronic stress and increases relaxation, improves digestion of food and quality of sleep.
I I have over 8 years experience with kettlebells combinding High Intensity Kettlebell Fitness and Hardstyle disciplines into an effective training program. My hard style trainning was under Pavel Tsatsouline, SFG elite insturctors. I've assisted at Level 1 & II workshops and completed an internship. I'm now conduction workshops and offer a Basic Skills Course. A certificate is given to those who pass the basic skills tests demonistrating good form with functional movement. Exercising:burns more calories, increases metabolic rate, glycogn stores, use of insulin more muscle definition and density. Exercisng improves immunef unctions, reduces free radial damage to cells and helps with resistancet to illness and disease. Exercising enhances muscle coordination, agility and balance, improves athletic performance, strengthens heart and cardiac output, VO2 max and lowers resting heart rate and increases liver function and enzme production which help to burn fat..
When exercising always remember to take a couple minutes to stretch at least the muscle groups that get the tightest before starting your exercise program. After you are done exercsing be sure to always cool down your muscles and never come to a complete stop once your heart rate is up. It is hard on your heart not to slow your pace down gradually to your resting heart rate. Remember to use a foam roll for myofascial release of tight tissues and muscle restrictions to increase the length of the muscles and their range of motion to reduce injuries.
